How do i book online?
Follow these steps below to book with ease:
- If you are registered with BUPA or AXA you will need to book via the "Insurance Physio Initial Appointment"
- If you are self paying or with another insurance company you will need to book via the "Physio Initial Appointment" tab.
If with insurance but following the second option route you can claim back directly with your insurance company. It is very easy to do, just send your invoice to them and they will reimburse you. But do email us for further information if you are unsure.
For our RUNNING TECHNIQUE COACHING sessions please email us and our reception team will be happy to get you booked in.
Will my private medical insurance cover my treatment?
We are covered by ALL medical insurance companies.
AXA and BUPA are the only companies that we bill directly. You will need to provide us with your:
- Authorisation & membership number,
- Excess Amount
- And number of sessions authorised.
Until this has been provided to us, you will be personally charged as there needs to be an agreement in place between Move Physio, you and your insurance company for us to claim on your behalf.
For all other insurance companies we will require you to pay upfront and reclaim from your insurance company. A pre-authorisation from these companies is still required and all you have to do is send your invoice to claim your reimbursement.
We do advise all clients to speak to your insurance company to check whether there are any session or financial limitations.
